Welcome to class girls and women of any age and physique. Prior training is not required, beginners all moves and exercises are explained in detail and available - training with the basics.
Groups are formed up to 5 people so that each participant receives maximum attention from the instructor! We practice individual approach, help develop flexibility, plasticity, to shape the perfect posture and to give tone to the muscles.
