The principle of confidentiality is a necessary and most important precondition of a trusting relationship between me and the client, which are indispensable for the proper provision of legal aid, implementation of protection and representation.
Therefore, maintaining the confidentiality of the information, which is defined as a subject of legal mysteries, is protected by the legislation on protection of personal data and does not cover me without the written consent of the client.
In my practice a majority of cases won my name in which as the representative of a party, can be seen in the electronic register of court decisions.
In their actions, I unswervingly adhere to the provisions of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine. Within the principle of the dominance of client‘s interests I have in their professional activities based on the benefits of clients ‘ interests before their own interests, interests of colleagues, partners, legal representatives of customers and other persons, and before any other beliefs. At the same time, my steps are steady and principled.
The principle of the independence of the lawyer in their activities requires me to avoid in her professional career compromises that would affect my independence, in order to please the court, other state bodies, officials, third parties, if such compromises are at variance with the legitimate interests of the client and hinder the appropriate conduct of my legal practice.
In no way not pleading the merits of law firms and bar associations, the advantage of working with me is the personalization of responsibility for my actions in the framework of the case.

Any business is conducted on the basis of a formal signed contract within a certain period of time and executed by me in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The client will not see the delay of execution of the order, will not see spraying the duties and responsibilities of several specialists. The only chain of the whole number of members of the legal transaction is a bunch of "lawyer-client". In these respects, the lawyer is the only side, and only he realizes and party relations with the client. The only reason many of my clients appreciate me for the quality and reliability of legal services over the years.
