Floating (sometimes called Floating) is swimming in a small (about 25 cm) layer of a solution of Epsom salts at high concentrations (in fact, on the surface of the water, as in zero gravity), warmed to body temperature, in complete silence and darkness, in a specially for this purpose equipped with a so-called float chamber.
