The right decision – the interregional public organization for consumer protection was founded in 2013. The organization has more than 50 subsidiaries and specializiruetsya on helping people to address the credit issues. The main areas are:
Bankruptcy of physical persons;
"Assistance to debtors under loans" – a complex of services allowing to resolve the problems with the credit institutions;
The return of the insurance and commissions unlawfully received by the Bank when granting consumer credits;
Protection of citizens affected by the accident and arising disputes on policies hull and CTP;
Settlement of disputes with insurance companies;
Recovery of penalties from the developers.
