What is a "Program of professional retraining"? Professional retraining is an additional professional education of persons who have the higher, secondary, technical or vocational education in another field. This form of training is convenient, inexpensive and quick way to get a second degree, to master their chosen specialty and to get a new diploma (see the Law on education of the Russian Federation, article 76).
The government compensates to citizens in need of social assistance, including the unemployed, the costs of obtaining additional education (see the Law on secondary education of the Russian Federation V. 24 n. 3).
