Performs architectural and building design, including engineering systems (water supply, Sewerage, heating, ventilation, heat supply, gas, electricity), the development of special sections of project documentation (environmental protection, measures to ensure fire safety and access for persons with disabilities under the state program "Accessible environment", defense and emergency management) and aims to increase the effectiveness of projects by applying advanced technical solutions and new technologies.
An important activity is the examination of technical condition of buildings and structures, as well as professional technical solutions for the creation, reconstruction or modernization of existing engineering systems (technical audit).
Provide customer engineering and consulting services.
