Municipal Autonomous cultural institution "Palace of culture "Oka" Ryazan city is the cultural center of one of the largest districts of our city is Moscow, with a population of about 200,000 people.
On the basis of the Palace operate 25 creative, educational and developmental associations for the population of different ages, the number of visitors - more than 600 people.
Annually organized and conducted around 350 cultural events with visits to more than 80,000 spectators.
