Yoga Studio Workshop

The workshop is a cozy yoga Studio, created for those who are just starting to get acquainted with yoga and, of course, for those who have long spreads a Mat every morning.

It provides a comfortable environment for yoga -bright, cozy rooms, large Windows with views of the pine forest, natural lighting, comfortable locker rooms and natural materials and colors create a pleasant atmosphere. Have all the necessary equipment.

We practice and teach Hatha yoga at the BKS Iyengar method. This is a phased, well thought out practice and our classes are suitable for everyone.
