The main direction of the Krasnoyarsk Regional public organization of consumer protection, the guarantor of Justice is to protect the rights of individuals and legal entities in courts, the implementation of the rights of consumers on acquisition of goods(works, services) is not of good quality, safety for life and health.

To achieve the statutory goals of the society for the protection of consumers ‘ rights in accordance with the law On the protection of the rights of consumers carries out the following activities:
• Practicing professional lawyers provide services in drafting of claims, statements of claim in arbitration courts and courts of General jurisdiction, carry out representation in these bodies.
• Analyze contracts concluded between sellers (performers, producers) to consumers or other persons, to identify in the aforesaid documents inconsistent with the provisions of the legislation followed recommendations.
• Conducts, at the request of customers independent expertise, goods and services give consumers an expert opinion.
• Collects information about the damage caused to life, health or property of consumers, violation of the rights of consumers caused by hazardous goods (works, services), inform the state bodies exercising control over safety of goods (works, services).
• In order to protect the rights of consumers makes claims to courts on behalf of the consumer (group of consumers or the interests of an indefinite circle of consumers).
