Formula Body

"Formula body" – a new sports club with a special approach to the training process. It‘s not like a regular hotel gym. We do not offer you boring and traditional set of workouts for different muscle groups, do not promise quick results, do not focus only on creating beautiful figures.
We offer an individual training with a set of the best elements of various sports to achieve the desired results. We form groups with similar goals, develop a set of measures and achieved results. This set of activities includes not only training. It is also proper nutrition, rest, motivation. We conduct classes in all areas!!!
