To meet the new requirements of the Federal law, you must:

to deregister the old CCV;
upgrade existing CCP in accordance with the requirements and in case of failure of modernization - to acquire new TCC;
to bring your software into compliance with the new requirements of the Federal law № 54;
to enter into a contract with the operator of fiscal data;
to register CCP in the personal office of a legal entity/individual entrepreneur on the website of the Federal Tax Service. To register in the personal Cabinet need a qualified electronic signature.
to configure TCC for online transfer and cash cheques in FTS.
