Sense International Yoga Therapy Center offers professional training for yoga teachers and yoga therapists in a convenient format: online or offline in Lviv. All programs include theoretical lectures, live Zoom sessions, practice, and ongoing teacher support.

The training is built on 5 consecutive stages. The initial level (CYT 100) forms the basis of teaching, and the subsequent ones (RYT 200 / CYT 300 / RYT 500 / RYT 800) deepen knowledge in yoga therapy. The programs cover anatomy, biomechanics, teaching methods, as well as therapeutic tools for working with back pain, headaches, knees, posture disorders, anxiety, depressive states, hormonal disorders, pelvic organ problems, etc.
