1. The notary performs the following notary actions:
1) approves the transaction;
2) identifies the constituent documents of economic partnerships;
3) appoints the Trustee of the inheritance;
4) issue a certificate of inheritance;
5) issues a certificate of ownership share in common property of spouses and other persons with property on the right of joint ownership;
6) imposes and removes the prohibition of alienation of property;
7) evidence of fidelity of copies of documents and extracts from them;
8) testifies to the authenticity of signatures on documents;
9) shows the correctness of the documents translation from one language to another;
10) certifies the fact of a citizen being alive;
11) certifies the fact of a citizen being at a certain place;
12) confirms the time of presentation of documents;
13) reports of statements of individuals and legal entities to other physical persons and legal entities;
14) accept money on Deposit;
15) (is excluded - No. 42 of March 29, 2000)
16) makes protests of bills;
17) take possession of the documents and securities;
18) make sea protests;
19) provides evidence.
2. Legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan may provide for other notarial acts performed by the notary.
