The plant of metal structures and sandwich panels SPAN

New line for production of sandwich panels was launched at the plant of walling SPAN in 2014, the Technical characteristics allow the production of as roofing and wall sandwich panels. Used insulation – mineral (basalt) wool or polystyrene foam. The production line can produce from 800 to 1000 sq. m sandwich panels per shift
The line is complete and fully automated, which allows to exclude the negative influence of human factor. A distinctive feature – the track-type press with a length of 15 m, which ensures maximum quality of the panels due to the strict observance of all requirements to time and the bonding technology. Also an important factor in the quality of products SPAN the permanent temperature control of the bonding at an optimum level and maintain proper temperature in the room as a whole.
The entire production process from beginning to end is continuously monitored by internal quality control.

Line for the production of metal and I-beams, includes gas cutting of sheet, plasma sheet cutting, welding and building zones, edit zones, Assembly and tack belts in the I-beam, automatic welding of I-beam, editing, cutting and milling the ends of the I-beam, simultaneous drill holes on the shelves and the rack I-beam, blast cleaning and painting of finished continuous beams.The maximum height of the I-beam – 1.5 m length up to 15m.
Productivity of 10,000 tonnes per year.
