LLP "Ecomodern" taken for a General contract, and the rights of the sub-contract involved the necessary human and material resources. Thus, LLP "Ecomodern" during the construction of the object "turnkey" assumes the functions of:
 pre-design;
 design;
 experts ‘ support (with a parallel design and construction of the object);
 obtaining the conclusion of state examination;
 the competitive selection of subcontractors to perform specialized works and the conclusion of agreements with them;
 marketing according to the choice of finishing materials and equipment, conclusion of contracts and provision of supply;
 negotiates with the Customer on quality and design of the materials used;
 implementation of technical and author supervision for the entire period of construction and warranty period;
 implementation of effective control and regulation in the design process and production work, as well as managing changes that are inevitable in the course of the project;
 organization of the system of management of quality of works;
 the implementation of a systematic planning in all phases of construction (combined charts – design and construction, supply of materials and equipment; construction and specmontazh works, etc.);
 effective coordination of all participants in the construction of the object "turnkey";
 the supervision of the object during the warranty period.
This system allows to quickly and efficiently to completion and prepare it for commissioning, relieves the Customer a number of functions.
