- consultations and explanations on legal issues;
legal evaluation of documents and activities;
- preparation of applications, complaints, petitions and other legal documents;
legal work to ensure economic and other activities;
- Commission on behalf and in the interests of clients of legal actions within the powers provided by the client or the law;and
- representation of clients ‘ interests in state bodies, other organizations and their management bodies, and before natural persons;
- participation in pre-trial proceedings and trial in criminal cases as a defender and as representative of victims, civil plaintiffs, civil defendants;
- participation in the administrative process as a defender, representative of the victim, other individuals or entities that are parties to the administrative process;
- participation in the interests of clients in the trial courts of all instances;
- legal support of execution of court rulings;
- other types of legal assistance.
