Design project
1-2. The interior design of the apartment.
The interior design includes the following stages:
1. Departure on object for carrying out all necessary measurements (if necessary)
2. Measurement drawing (contains all the essential dimensions of the room)
3. Development of conceptual solutions interior (the main idea of this interior, style design, redevelopment plan, placement of furniture)
The choice of color scheme interior
4. The plan of building barriers (if necessary)
5. The plan of dismantle of partitions (if necessary)
6. 3D-visualization of the developed version
7. Scheme of ceilings, split
8. Diagram of the floor layout specifying the type of flooring, scheme of warm floors
9. Wiring diagram (binding and control of lighting, placement of lighting fixtures and bind them to the switches, all types of sockets)
10. Diagram of air conditioning, ventilation and heating (if necessary)
11. The layout of doorways (indicating in which direction will open the door)
12. Scheme, types and sweep the walls (bathroom with tile layout)
13. Scheme and sweep the walls with decorative elements
14. The plan of arrangement of plumbing
The documentation developed at this stage is a set of instructions and guidelines for builders, who will implement the project. Moreover, the listed documents will allow you to control the process of construction work at any stage.
3. Selection of building and finishing materials, furniture and equipment.
Includes:
1. Selection of materials (e.g., decorative plaster, Wallpaper, tiles, flooring) and furniture in accordance with the selected option of interior design
2. Selection of lighting (lamps, chandeliers, sconces, switches, sockets)
3. Selection of the sanitary equipment
4. The choice of specific products through catalogs, check-out at specialty stores, salons
4. Supervision.
Supervision, or supervision of the project, is a guarantee that the project will be implemented successfully. The designer will interact with you at all stages of the project, to fully control the progress of work, will represent your interests in construction, in shops.
The cost and terms of supervision are highly individual.
Project support includes:
1. Correction of drawings, diagrams, plans. The need for this may occur during remodeling, when the dismantling and erection of walls, or when working on alignment of ceilings, walls, floors
2. Regular visits to the object: the designer will constantly interact with the construction team
3. Monitoring of all types of construction and repair works
4. Monitoring compliance with the timing of the project
As additional services not included in the main design project:
1. Check out the designer on object, to advise the builders of lasting up to 4 hours. This service is relevant only for projects that do not involve the conduct of supervision
2. The development and creation of exclusive elements of a decor. If you aspire to individuality, our designers will create more unique decorative and structural interior elements, accessories
The project, like the design in General, is strictly individual. By agreement the project can be adjusted.
