Martial arts classes will allow you to obtain the basic skills of self-defense and to possess the art of melee. Anyone can speak at competitions of different levels.

Twice a year the certification of the colored and black belt in Kyokushin karate.
Also in the summer we go Hiking and relax in the camps.

Fitness classes will help to acquire slim figure and never-fading youthfulness of Your mind and body. Fitness is something that helps to live.
